Short Term Courses

GATE 2020 will be organized by GITM Institute  Delhi in online mode on February 1, 2, 8 and 9. GATE 2020 will be conducted in 25 papers. The entrance exam is a computer based one held in two sessions per day. Application form of GATE 2020 will be available from September 3, 2019 while admit card will be released on January 3. GATE 2020 scores will be valid for a period of three years from the date of the release of the result i.e., March 16. The GATE 2020 scores will be used for admission purposes in the IITs through the Common Online Admission Portal (COAP) for IITs and CCMT for NITs. Candidates who score equal to or above the qualifying cutoff will be declared as eligible for admissions to M.Tech programmes. The qualifying cutoff for each GATE paper will be different and will be announced in the score card by IIT Delhi.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level post-graduate entrance exam that is jointly conducted by the seven IITs (Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Guwahati, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore for admission to M.Tech programmes offered by government as well as many private institutes.
